Theresa Hirschauer has been coaching at Cincinnati Country Day since the fall of 1990. Currently, Theresa is the Head of the Middle School where she is the Varsity Soccer and Softball Coach along with teaching a 6th Grade Pre-Algebra. During her career, Hirsch has served in the Athletic Department for 19 years and has been the SWOADA Treasurer since 2000.
Over those years, she has been named Athletic Director of the Year as well as SWOADA/OIAAA Award of Merit. Coach Hirschauer won her 350th career soccer game in 2018. She has been named Coach of the Year—MVC, Southwest Ohio, and Private School Coach of the Year numerous times. The 2018 Soccer Team won the State Championship after 2016 Team finished as the State Runner Up.

A member of the Brown University Hall of Fame, Turpin High School Hall of Fame, Buddy LaRosa’s High School Sports Hall of Fame and Greater Cincinnati Softball Hall of Fame, Hirsch played three sports at Turpin High School (Soccer, basketball and softball) before playing soccer and softball at Brown. A Soccer All American in high school and college, Theresa was named one of the top athletes in Ivy League history. She still hold all the Brown University scoring records.
